Breath wave meditation

Here is my very first guided meditation in audio version (in French)! Breathing has a direct effect on our central nervous system and our overall health. In this ten-minute meditation, I simply guide you to become aware of the breath. In addition, the sound of the waves adds an instant soothing effect. So I invite you to dive inside yourself and follow the wave of your breathing.
